Hi Quenhitran, I'm one of the organisers of the Wikipedia Asian Month. I'm currently preparing the judging tool, and I need to know the minimum character limit for articles to be submitted by Vietnamese Wikipedia users. In a nutshell: the judging tool will only accept articles that are longer than the size requirements (3,000 bytes and 300 words for English), but it's impossible to automatically count words in Vietnamese, so I need to know the character limit.
